Please note that fees with our principal osteopath, Billy Chooi are: £80 (First Consultation) and £60 (Follow-up).
New consultations are for patients’ first appointment at our clinic. We will record a full medical history, carry out a physical assessment, discuss the diagnosis and provide preliminary advice/treatment. Payment is required at the time of booking.
* We offer home visits to surrounding areas (Bean, Darenth, Dartford, Ebbsfleet, Gravesend, Longfield, Northfleet and Stone).
We are registered with all major health insurance providers. Please contact your provider before commencing treatment and to find out if you need a GP referral.
Please mention your insurance provider to us at the time of booking. We require payment at the time of the appointment and will issue a receipt for insurance reimbursement.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24-hour notice so we can offer that appointment to other patients.
Late cancellation will incur a £10 fee.
